What I Do
WHAT I DO: I work with you to establish a realistic approach to nutrition that's sustainable for the long haul. Instead of focusing on restrictive lists of forbidden foods, we'll practice navigating nutrition in the real world, building healthy habits and learning how you can enjoy the foods you love in a way that allows you to achieve your goals.
WHO IT'S FOR: Anyone that's tired of being "on and off the wagon," has wasted money and time on 21 day "fixes" and 30 day elimination challenges to no avail, anyone that's ready to find a healthier, more reasonable, and practical relationship with food.

WHAT I DO: A long time ago, an amazing coach told me that "strength is more than the number of plates on the bar. It is everything that is overcome with each lift."
I want YOU to be stronger. With increased strength comes confidence, self-sufficiency, resilience and a better life. And who can argue with more lean muscle and stronger bones? It's pretty darn cool to learn the amazing things that your body is capable of, and starting to appreciate what it can DO. You're already strong inside. Let's make your outside match it.
WHO IT'S FOR: Anyone who's newer to strength training, wants to learn kettlebells or improve technique, struggles with plateaus or injury, or simply wants to build lean muscle, increase bone density, and make everyday tasks easier. Age is just a number, so whether you're 19 or 99, let's hang out!
WHERE I'M LOCATED: I train out of Athena Warrior Fitness in Carlisle, PA.
